For home and personal work, troubleshooting and repair are billed hourly, and defined installs like a mesh Wi-Fi system or a camera setup are quoted flat-fee once we know the scope. Where we can estimate a job up front, we will. Where we cannot, we tell you what we have found and what it will take to carry on before we run the clock any further - so the decision to keep going is always yours. We come to you. Everything is by appointment, and for a lot of problems being on site is the point - the issue only shows itself with your printer, your Wi-Fi, and your other devices in the room. When something can be fixed remotely, we will tell you, because it is usually sooner.

Sometimes, and when we can we will. But being straight with you: a lot of repair work cannot honestly be priced until someone has looked at the machine - a slow computer might be a ten-minute fix or a failing drive, and anyone quoting that sight unseen is guessing. What we do commit to is no surprises mid-job. If the problem turns out bigger than expected, you hear the number and decide before we carry on.

No trip charge anywhere in Pasco, Hillsborough, or Pinellas County. Outside that area we can still come out, with the trip charge agreed when we book.
