Honest About Cost
Troubleshooting and repair are billed hourly. Some problems can be priced over the phone; plenty cannot be until someone has actually looked at the machine. Where we can estimate a job up front, we will. Where we cannot, we tell you what we have found and what it will take to carry on before we run the clock any further - so the decision to keep going is always yours.
No Surprises Mid-Job
If what we find turns the job into something bigger, that is a conversation before it is an invoice. And we do not charge you for telling you that something is not worth fixing.
No trip charge anywhere in Pasco, Hillsborough, or Pinellas County. Outside that area we can still come out, with the trip charge agreed when we book.
