Troubleshooting and repair are billed hourly. Some problems can be priced over the phone; plenty cannot be until someone has actually looked at the machine.

Where we can estimate a job up front, we will. Where we cannot, we tell you what we have found and what it will take to carry on before we run the clock any further - so the decision to keep going is always yours.
Defined installs are flat-fee
Defined installs - a mesh Wi-Fi system, a camera setup, a whole-house smart home job - can be quoted flat-fee once we know the scope, with hardware listed as its own line so you can see what is equipment and what is labor.
Trip charges
No trip charge anywhere in Pasco, Hillsborough, or Pinellas County. Outside that area we can still come out, with the trip charge agreed when we book.
Hardware is its own line
Any equipment a job needs is quoted separately from the labor, so you can see what is hardware and what is work. Prefer to buy it yourself? Tell us and we will spec it for you and quote the setup on its own.
