Swapping a spinning hard drive for an SSD, or adding memory, is often the difference between buying a new computer and keeping the one you have for another three years. We source the parts and handle the install, or fit parts you have bought yourself.

Remote Sessions
Plenty of problems do not need anyone in the room. If yours is one of them, we connect remotely, fix it the same day, and charge the same rate as an in-home visit.
In-home visits across Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas by appointment. Your computer stays plugged in where it lives, with your printer, your Wi-Fi, and your actual setup - which is usually where the problem is.
Troubleshooting and repair are billed hourly. Some problems can be priced over the phone; plenty cannot be until someone has actually looked at the machine. Where we can estimate a job up front, we will. Where we cannot, we tell you what we have found and what it will take to carry on before we run the clock any further - so the decision to keep going is always yours.
