Local in-home tech help for Lutz households. Computer repair, virus removal, Wi-Fi and mesh networks, smart home setup, security cameras, new device setup, data backup, and hardware upgrades - all by appointment.
Lutz is right next door to us, which usually means a short drive and an appointment we can fit in quickly.
Not sure which of these your problem falls under? Describe it in your own words and we will sort that out for you.
Slow, infected, or just not behaving? We come to your house, figure out what is actually wrong, and fix it while you watch - instead of you dropping the machine off somewhere and waiting two weeks to hear back.

The back bedroom with no signal. The video call that drops every afternoon. The TV that buffers while everything else is fine. These are fixable, and usually not by buying a bigger router.

Smart devices are easy to buy and surprisingly annoying to live with when they are half set up. We get yours working together, connected safely, and simple enough that everyone in the house can use it.

A camera system is only worth having if the footage is there when you need it and you can reach it from your phone without a fight. That is a configuration problem more than a hardware problem, and it is the part we handle.

In-home visits across Lutz and the surrounding areas, by appointment. For software problems, a remote session is often faster and can usually be booked sooner - at the same rate.
Honest About Cost
Troubleshooting and repair are billed hourly. Some problems can be priced over the phone; plenty cannot be until someone has actually looked at the machine. Where we can estimate a job up front, we will. Where we cannot, we tell you what we have found and what it will take to carry on before we run the clock any further - so the decision to keep going is always yours.
No Surprises Mid-Job
If what we find turns the job into something bigger, that is a conversation before it is an invoice. And we do not charge you for telling you that something is not worth fixing.
No trip charge anywhere in Pasco, Hillsborough, or Pinellas County. Outside that area we can still come out, with the trip charge agreed when we book.
Somewhere not on this list? Call and ask. Remote sessions work anywhere, and we will tell you honestly whether an in-home visit makes sense.
We look after small businesses across Tampa Bay too - one-time projects quoted flat-fee, or D2 Managed IT, a monthly plan covering the IT essentials for your whole team. Same person, same plain English.
