Your Office Network, Covered Too

Your devices are one piece. Your office network (router, Wi-Fi, internet) is another. If the network goes down, nobody can work. That is why network monitoring for your main location is included in the base plan - no separate line item, no surprise. Have more than one office? Each additional location gets the same coverage for a simple flat rate.

A note on equipment: We can only fully guarantee support for equipment we provide and manage. If you already have business-grade network equipment in place, we will evaluate it during onboarding. If it meets our standards, we can include it in your plan. If not, we will quote replacements as a flat-fee project so you know the cost up front.

    Email security and DNS filtering are built into the base plan. Email security works on top of Microsoft 365, so every team needs an M365 tenant in place. You can bring your own licenses, or we can supply them at Microsoft's month-to-month price with no markup.

    Already have Microsoft 365? We can usually take over an existing tenant. We review your setup during onboarding, and if it meets our standards, we manage it as part of your plan. If it needs work to get there, we quote that as a flat-fee project before we start.

    Microsoft 365 Business Premium

    The security-focused Microsoft 365: Office apps, email, Teams, plus advanced security and device management. Microsoft's month-to-month list price, no markup, no annual lock-in: $26.40/user/month.

    Microsoft 365 Business Standard

    Office apps, email, and Teams without the advanced security and device management of Premium. Microsoft's month-to-month list price, no markup, no annual lock-in: $16.80/user/month.
